<title>Golden Well &#13;Memory and Relaxation</title>
<link>http://web.mac.com/taichiawayoflife/iWeb/Site%201/Podcast/Podcast.html</link>
<description>&#13;&#13;&#13;&#13;&#13;A calm mind is a great asset.&#13;A positive mind makes life rewarding and productive &#13;&#13;&#13;&#13;&#13;Of all the things to learn in this lifetime. Good health and the attitude of positive expectation in life are very important to your well being.&#13;&#13;&#13;Most of the site is focussed on the Golden Well exercise. There are many other areas in the LFA Tai Chi that deserve some time. In the archive section there are other health topics for you to read and listen to. &#13;The body is a wonderful machine and responds heroically to all that we do.&#13;We have an attitude that no matter what we do to the body it will do what we want. We work through the night, grab a sandwich or some fast food. Drink a lot of alcohol and sleep through the next day. Jump up and carry on. &#13;Twenty years or so down the line we develop some health problem. What do we say. Oh, so and so in the family has this problem. I guess I have the same genes.&#13;I chose something different. Like most families there is a susceptibility to some health problem. I do not have this problem and it has affected the last two generations in mine.&#13;I consider this quite an achievement. I try and treat the body like a good friend. When a friend comes to visit I always try and present freshly cooked food of the finest quality. I give that person my time and try and make the visit enjoyable and relaxing.&#13;&#13;&#13;&#13;&#13;&#13;&#13;&#13;Links&#13;LFA tai Chi on Radio Humberside&#13; &#13;podcast directory&#13;www.lfataichi.com&#13;and&#13;view the free t.v. channel&#13;&#13;&#13;&#13;</description>
