Which is making it hard to keep our heels planted.&#13;&#13;Matt in Round 4 actually does a pretty good job at keeping his weight centered.  I on the other hand just struggled to get through it.&#13;&#13;This was both of ours first timed doing this WOD, so over all I think finishing it was a feat in itself.</itunes:summary>
