I’ve had a cough for the same time. My training schedule is way way off track. My aim now is to make it to the start line without a gut full of day nurse.&#13;&#13;I’m still hoping for under 5 hours, but my feet haven’t felt the pounding of the street for some day</description>

I’m slow.&#13;2. I can run for a long time slowly.&#13;3. This means that I was overtaken by the Hintertux Glacier.&#13;4. It also means that I ran twice as long as Paula Radcliffe did that day. You tell me - who’s the real athlete?</description>
