Barely any knitting. So of course I decided to play with my ravelry membership. I have ‘belonged’ for about 6 weeks but never did anything with adding projects, pictures, books or friends. I also joined Flickr so that

Just a mini break while I fiddle with my knitting. I have cast on both of these socks more times than I care to think about. The Jays are too narrow and the Fancy Checkerboards are a wee bit too wide. Still I am tired of changing needle sizes on them so have decided to finish the Jays to give to my DD for Christmas. Because they are intended as a gift I am at loss on how long to make the foot. I mean if I measured her foot sh

Why have I not heard any rumblings about this annual event so far? We are talking next week people. Not that I really participate. I so do not play nice with others. I join an along and thats it kaput! I’m out. I always have good intentions but I really just need somebody to crack the whip and keep me good. And, woe is me, there are no whip crackers around.

And right away the PTB realized
