so i ate no food yesterday...just drank water and unsweetened cranberry water...amazingly enough i drank 72 ounces of each, and was still dry at the end of the day! i’m thinking that next time i do this (september 23 perhaps?) i’ll need to modify the recipe a bit...1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup cran-water for each pound of body weight...or maybe just free form it and drink enough water for thirst...
